Bus service is overall satisfactory but bus host was terrible . No training. No professionalism. No communication skills. Very rude . I travelled from Lahore to Islamabad on 25th may and was shocked to see rude behaviour of a young male host . Please work on your bus hosts and teach them communication skills .

I'm writing to express my disappointment with Sania Express Bus Service. Recently, I traveled from Islamabad to Lahore with them, but the experience was marred by delays and poor communication. The bus departed 2 hours late, at 1:30 AM instead of 11:30 PM. Furthermore, on another occasion, they cancelled the trip due to motorway disruption but failed to inform me beforehand, causing inconvenience. Not recommended.

Assalamu Alaikum,I have been travelling with your service for a long time previously with Faisal Movers and now with Sania Travel. For the past two years, I’ve been facing a problem because I have a pet that I need to travel with. Unfortunately, your staff does not cooperate in this matter. Just as you have created a proper space for the second driver with heating and air-conditioning, please arrange something similar for pets. I understand that you do not allow pets with passengers, but keeping them in the luggage area is very harmful. They get sick, and my pet has already fallen ill once because of this. Since there is now a growing need in Pakistan for safe pet travel, I kindly request that you make a proper arrangement at least for cats so we can travel without worry. Thank you.

The AC was at its highest degree and It was freezing cold. During the stay, I asked them to open the cargo so that I can take blanket from my bag, they said its not allowed then I asked do you have blanket, again they said its not allowed. In both ways not accommodating rather prefer to make us sick. It's not humanly friendly and against the basic human rights. Very bad experience 😕
