Bus was full but they still stop and load passengers more and more, even old passengers were standing. Very rude behaviour.

Man doesn’t respond politely, he was so rude He didn’t even tell his name, I am too disappointed. Your customer service need improvement, I called him at 12:05 check the details, and recordings, I called through this number 03097180327 Now check his fucking behaviour I was talking and he said ALLAH hafiz without responding and hung the call…

Worst bus service I’ve ever experienced. They have no respect for passengers’ time—delays happen just to accommodate late arrivals. It feels more like a local bus service, waiting to fill every seat instead of sticking to a proper schedule. What’s even worse is their lack of accountability—the complaint contact doesn’t work, leaving passengers with no way to raise concerns. Extremely disappointing overall.

One of the most pathetic and hectic travel of my life. Honest speaking I had no personal grudge with this tpt service before but after this travel from Peshawar to Faisalabad I realized it was the worst journey of my life. This service does not follow it's time schedule and make the passenger wait for hours. It then starts from Peshawar and reached Islamabad in 3 hrs and 30 minutes stopping at every interchange in the way more than even a camel cart takes. It took more than an hour in Islamabad completing it's Soo called passengers. Overall my 5 hrs journey was consumed by hectic 8 hrs. It was one of the worst journey I ever had. I will recommend everyone not to trust their staff and don't use this service if you don't want a hectic travel like I had

Completely bad experience.. jaga jaga stop krti hai ac bnd kr dyty hain. Na namaz ka time dyty hai . Apni mrzi say jaha mrzi ruk jye. Seat say uthu to kisi or ko betha deyty hai.
